Following our successful Nutrition workshop in January, we are pleased to announce our next nutrition talk.
On Wednesday 18th March at 7.00pm our next theme will be balancing blood sugars in this interactive workshop.
You will learn about the importance of sugar on the body’s systems and the different types of sugar. You will also learn about glycaemic load and also which foods influence the dreaded 3pm sugar crash.
