What's the current situation with the gym due to COVID-19?

Do you have parking available?

Yes, our car park is free to use for all members and visitors whilst using our facilities, however we ask you to please not leave your vehicle over night.

What vanity facilities are available in the changing rooms?

We offer complimentary body wash in all our showers, hair straightners in the ladies, hair dryers in both the male and female changing rooms, private changing areas in both male and female changing rooms, and ELEMIS handsoap and cream in the female toilets.

Should I bring a towel?

Yes, please do bring your own towel. We are currently unable to rent towels due to COVID-19

Can I pay for items on account?

You can top up your e-Wallet at any time from our Odyssey App, Member Portal or at the main reception allowing you to purchase anything from our cafe area, Spa area, and more.

Do you need money for the lockers?

The TGS key you are supplied with at the time of joining will lock either the male or female lockers. If you are a guest, or forget your TGS key, a temporary TGS key can be provided at the main reception.

What if I lose my TGS key?

Don’t worry! We can provide you with a new TGS key for £15.00 and transfer all of your data across.

How do I cancel my membership?
