In association with Mind, National Workout & Wellbeing Week aims to raise awareness of mental health and improve wellbeing through exercise and mindfulness, helping the nation lead healthier and active lifestyles.
Join us for The Big Wednesday Workout as we take you on a fitness journey, a truly active challenge that will leave you feeling positive, energised and motivated!
We’ll start our 6km run from Odyssey Health Club at 10:30am, making our way to 3 corporate partners based along Gunnels Wood Road in Stevenage for a 10-minute body weight workout and refreshments at each location, returning to the club for a well-deserved afternoon of rest and recuperation.
