January comes to a close and the slog is starting to feel easier right?

If coming to the gym is truly a lifestyle choice to become healthy, fitter, stronger, then it is going to take time – long term gains require long term investment. I’ve been coaching for 16 years and I’ve never seen massive changes overnight. Whether it is working with an individual learning to swim, or an Olympic champion trying to find that 0.1 of a second to edge out their rivals, it take patience, commitment and that belief in your goals, whatever they are.
The team at Odyssey offer a range of services from private swimming lessons, to personal training, swim skills clinics to yoga classes. There is something for everyone but you have make the choice – I can and will do this.

Wednesday 5th February – Front Crawl skills session. Meeting in the lounge at 6.45pm for a briefing followed by a 7:00pm – 8:00pm swim session. This is for swimmers that can swim front crawl but are looking to develop their technique. Please note lanes 1 and 2 (nearest the pool windows) will be closed for this session.
