Come and join our NEW Running Club – Wednesdays from 6:00pm
Running: It’s the ultimate “me” time, so why would you want to spoil all that by joining a running club and having other people rabbiting on in your ear during a steady five-miler?
Well, running with others can instigate big improvements in performance and provide enduring memories and experiences.
We all run for different reasons, whether it’s to lose weight, keep passably fit or, in some cases, to enter and maybe even win races.
Join the Odyssey Health Club Running Sessions that are based on a looped basis so anyone of any level is welcome to take part.
Don’t be afraid, thinking I’m not a runner or I can’t manage that far, the sessions are designed to be adaptable so that we improve individually within supportive group environment.
You will be encouraged to work at your own pace. There is no minimum pace required, pressure to manage a particular speed, or keep up with others.
Each session will include dynamic stretching and drills designed to improve running form and technique. Over time these will make us a more efficient and faster runner.
