The SKILLMILL from Technogym is a great piece of kit to help with your training. Situated next to our function fitness area, we have two self-powered, curved treadmills that make you do all the work to build momentum.
To get started, simply step on and start walking.
The multidrive technology allows you to add a level of resistance. Either keep the lever back to add no resistance and sprint like a pro, or push the lever forwards to add resistance, perhaps using the dual handlebars to assist you while you grind away, just like pushing a sled.
Agility
You can use the SKILLMILL to improve your coordination and motor skills with a variety of movements – our fitness coaches will give you a demo. Great for anybody training for agility sports like football, rugby or hockey.
Speed
Work on your speed dynamically as the SKILLMILL allows users to accelerate quickly from a walking pace, to a jogging pace, to a full sprint without making any adjustments.
Stamina
Combine increasing walking distances with speed training on the SKILLMILL to improve your aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
