Fresh Ingredients Make A Great Menu

At the heart of our restaurant is Head Chef, Matt Brown. Matt has created a fantastic menu which caters to the health conscious but offers amazing variety and flavour. Our meals include gluten free options and range from grab and go to a group dining and spa days.

We cater for both our members and guests and our spa days and if booked in advance, we can bespoke your meal to your choice. Matt has created both gluten and dairy free options for our guests and our menu is well beyond the standard you expect from a health club.

Head Chef, Matt Brown

Matt, 29 from Stevenage, has a passion for cooking from fresh and has previously worked at The Crown in Aston and as a private chef in Val D’Isere. A keen cyclist and footballer, Matt is looking to continue the relaxed style of dining with his own twist.

“Odyssey has a great reputation locally with the diversity of the Vitto way of eating, Spa day dining, healthy dishes and some more indugent options. I love creating dishes our members will enjoy.

I also love meeting members and geting thier feedback on the style of dishes they would like to see, and then incorporating them into forthcoming menus.”

Our varied drinks menu covers everything you could want to quench your thirst after a tough workout, or perhaps just a relaxing chat over a freshly brewed tea or coffee.

Delicious food menu

We serve food, 6 days a week from 7:30am to 2:30pm, and both our breakfast and lunch menus centre on the very best produce from around the county, picking the best of what is in season.

We can cater for a host of dietary needs.

Comfortable surroundings

Our comfortable cafe area offers plenty of seating to drink and dine, catch up with friends, read the daily newspapers, or perhaps relax after a tough workout – all in an adults only surrounding.
