Dear all,
Further to the recent Roadmap announcement by the Prime Minister, we have now had some time to review the finer details behind the headlines and the key steps are set out as follows:
29th March – Tennis can resume following the Rule of 6 restriction. Coaching with Dan is now available and courts can be booked via the app and modified group sessions will resume on Tuesday & Thursday evening.
12th April – The Spa, Gym and pool can reopen. However this does not include the cafe bar, group exercise classes, steam or sauna.
1st May – Outdoor table service will be available for drinks and weather dependent food service.
17th May – All remaining facilities can reopen.
The above is the proposed timetable and unfortunately, this may change due to case increases. However, being positive and working on the schedule put forward by the Prime Minister, we will continue with a mid-month 50% collection for both April AND May to reflect the reduced services we are allowed to offer, and to thank you for your amazing support over this lockdown period.
We plan to resume a full Direct Debit collection on 1st June.
Many members have asked us to continue with the online class offering and we are actively looking at how to achieve this in a live situation with a view to a seamless continuation of service after the 17th May.
If we have any indication of a delay to the scheduled dates, we will communicate with you as soon as possible but we’re hoping that we can move quickly to the resumption of a full service, confident in the protocols we have in place that have placed health clubs in the lowest risk tiers of all public places.
