Emergency Roof Remedial Works
We have recently commenced emergency remedial works on our spa’s roof to address persistent leaks. Initial investigations have revealed that the required repairs are more extensive than anticipated. We understand that this may impact noise levels outside the Mind & Body Studio during this period. Rest assured; we are taking every measure to minimise disruption to your experience. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priorities.
Enhanced Parking Facilities
In response to your feedback and to make your visits more convenient, we are creating additional vehicular access to the back of the club. This will result in more parking spaces for our valued members. We’re committed to ensuring that you have hassle-free access to our facilities.
Exciting Wellness Technologies
We are thrilled to announce that we are redesigning the back of the spa to make room for a selection of brand new and exciting wellness technologies. While we can’t reveal all the details just yet, we promise to share more information as soon as we can. This transformation means that our sunbed will be temporarily out of action, but we aim to reinstate it within the next 2 weeks.
Car Park Pothole Repairs
We would like to inform you that on Saturday 7th October, Croudace will be conducting essential repairs in our car park to address potholes and improve overall safety. This may cause temporary inconveniences in terms of parking on that day. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we work to ensure a smoother and safer parking experience for all our members.
We understand that these improvements may cause some inconveniences, and we sincerely apologise for any disruptions they may cause during your visits. Please know that we are working diligently to complete these upgrades as efficiently as possible while keeping any inconveniences to a minimum.
