Continuing to Improving Your Membership Experience in January 2023
As part of our continued upgrades to your membership experience, we will be launching with a new membership system – Magicline – in January 2023.
In essence, nothing changes from your perspective, but there are a couple of things you need to be aware of.
Magicline currently serves over 24 million members across Europe and we are delighted to be one of the first clubs in the country to bring it to our members.
As part of this upgrade, we will be moving our Direct Debit collections to Adyen, one of the largest and most secure transaction processing companies in the world.
Current clients of Adyen are Netflix, Uber, eay, Spotify Etsy and many, many more.
We’re always looking to improve your experience here at the club, and with the power of Germany’s largest member administration software behind us, we’re sure to continue to deliver and improve on our outstanding service to you.
As we near launch date in January, you will be asked to re-enter your membership details on the Odyssey App, and we may need an updated photo for your membership.
