We have a mix of fun and energetic classes available in our pool, whether you’d like to try Floatfit to develop core strength, balance and your cardio, or perhaps Aquacise which uses the resistance of water, these workouts can be as vigorous or as gentle as your fitness levels dictate.
Make a splash with this water-based session. Training in water reduces the weight-bearing stress on bones and joints making it an ideal way to train and keep active, no matter what your age or fitness level. This class is delivered to music and is an extremely fun way to get fitter and healthier.
Our swimming programme has two great coaches in Kevin and Jen, both offering extensive support whether you are a complete beginner or you are looking to complete an ironman.
They deliver the Monday night swimming club as well as a number of skills clinics across the year for our members. Their experiences range from more than 15 years of teaching adults through to coaching athletes that have gone on to compete for Great Britain on international teams.
To join the Swimming Club, we’d recommend that you are able to swim freestyle comfortably and are competent at one other stroke. The training sessions will develop your technique, fitness and physique, ensuring your perform better for longer.
FloatFit classes are 30 minutes – all on water!
These low impact classes give a fun full body workout, with a mixture of high intensity and yoga-inspired classes to suit all abilities.
