Join Louise & Kelly-Ann for a blissful, relaxing breathwork and sound session.

We will open the session with a cup of warm Cacao which is a gentle heart opener allowing us to facilitate a deeper connection within our heart space and connect and tune into our desires, allowing us to receive the guidance, wisdom and internal messages from this beautiful, gentle plant medicine.

We will then bring in the power of breathwork to shift us into altered states of consciousness moving and releasing blockages and stuck energies, whilst creating space in the mind and body to allow and welcome in more love and light.

We will finish the session with the healing vibrations and frequencies of a sound bath. Allowing the body to rest and recoup and release anything from the week and allow you to drift off into a deep relaxing meditative state of pure divine energy.
