This really is the best way to achieve your goals as we will help plan out your journey, breaking down those bigger fitness and weight loss goals into achievable monthly targets.
We’ll keep you on-course all the way by reviewing not only your exercise to make sure you don’t get bored with the same old routine (and most importantly that your body doesn’t get used to it either!), but also by reviewing your biometric data (fancy word for weight, body fat %, resting heart rate, blood pressure, etc.) to make sure the plan is getting you to where you want to be.
