I was involved in a wide variety of sports from a very young age and since then I’ve had a passion for fitness. I’m fairly new to the fitness industry but that doesn’t deter from the fact I will be able to help you achieve your goals; in fact, a fresh insight could help you get out of that rut you may have got yourself stuck in. With my up-to-date knowledge of the fitness industry I know I will be able to make your workouts varied and most importantly, enjoyable.
My main specialities lie within Strength and Conditioning; nothing fells better than turning that “I can’t” into “I can” – I’m a firm believer that if your workouts don’t challenge you then they will not change you! So, if you’re up for the challenge, let’s make a change!
