Health and fitness are a huge part of my life. As soon as I could, I became a member of a local gym and start training to improve my fitness. Since then, I have taken this further and decided to persue a career in the industry. After completing three years education within fitness, I have recently qualified as a level 3 personal trainer.
Nothing is more rewarding than feeling healthier and fitter on the inside and on the outside. Seeing a change in your appearence for the better is extremely rewarding and whatever your starting place, exercise will do nothing but benefit you.
