I am a Sports and Exercise Science graduate looking to apply my knowledge into your programme to achieve the bet results. Health and fitness have always been an underlying passion for me from an early age participating in multiple sporting disciplines.
Being UKSCA qualified, I specialise in athletic development. I have worked with athletes from the likes of Arsenal Ladies, England Golf, GB Judo, and England Squash. If you’re looking to mix up your training and try something new, I am Olympic Weightlifting qualified and can teach you movements to increase your strength and power, such as the Clean & Jerk, and the Snatch.
Whether your goals are to run a new 5km PB; returning from an injury; or physique transformation, I can complement your lifestyle to achieve your goals.
My goal as a coach is to give you a deeper understanding of your training and how different types of exercise can have different adaptations to your body. Aside from training in the gym I can offer nutritional advice, whether that is healthier food substitutions or daily macronutrient goals, to help you live better for longer.
