Since when I was little I’ve always had a passion for sport and especially for dance. I’ve always loved helping others and this is the reason why I’ve decided to initially study as a social worker.
During my 5 years of University in Venice I worked as class instructor in a few gyms teaching Zumba, Pilates, functional training, Aquacise and Yoga, alongside my studies. There are so many different ways to help a person and physical health soon became my focus.
Once I completed my masters degree, fascinated by human anatomy and physiology, I decided to concentrate on postural exercises to help my customers avoid injuries and physical issues.
I believe there is a strong connection between body and mind, so in 2018 I decided to go to India for intensive yoga training that helped me to go deeper into this amazing universe.
For me even your little neck pain is a challenge and a problem that needs to be fixed: my goal is to send you home healthier, happier, but above all with a big smile on your face.
