Just having passed my level 2 Diploma, as a Fitness Instructor and training for my level 3 Personal Training qualification here at Odyssey, I am fairly new to the industry.
However, not new to the sport industry, as I have previously been a Football Coach for 2 years, as well as playing football for the majority of my life. I have also been in and around gyms, since I was 16, so I am very experienced.
I have always been a keen skier therefore I know the physical demands to be slope ready, it’s always coming up to ski season so make sure you’re ready for it.
