From an early age I have been interested in health and fitness, playing in various sports as a child. During my teenage years was when that interest further developed towards resistance training & free weights. After noticing the personal benefits of a good exercise program & diet, I decided to embark on a journey to become a personal trainer to empower others.
Over the last few years I have dealt with injury setbacks, teaching me some valuable life lessons after ignoring aspects of health outside of the gym. This made me question what it means to be a healthy human being on a holistic level, taking all areas of life into consideration. To further my own knowledge, I have recently enrolled onto a holistic lifestyle coaching course giving me the fundamental knowledge and practical applications needed to live a healthy life on a holistic level.
