My career background was in Social Care and paralegal roles associated with this, so moving across to the Fitness Industry has been a career change for me. A large focus of my work was around customer interaction; understanding and being sympathetic to people’s individual circumstances, which has provided me with vital tools to help members make positive changes.
My passion is with mind-body health. Health goes beyond the physical, what you put in your body and how you treat yourself is so key. I want to share this as much as possible to help members understand the connection and use this to improve wellbeing.
Qualified in Freestyle Fitness Yoga, I can vouch that Yoga is a fantastic mind-body tool, and is a skill that can be used in a variety of settings, not just a class.
Helping members understand the need for good food choices is often a key to working towards a goal. I can help with guiding members with diet, meal planning and nutritional advice.
