I started my journey in the fitness industry 11 years ago while I was still a Sports Science student, teaching swimming, and personal training to a wide variety of clients at the gym. I chose this career due to the passion I have for the exercise and it only increases as I keep studying.
My understanding about movement became clearer as I started my Pilates qualification as it allowed me to put its principles into practice, helping facilitate movement, creating body awareness and promoting mind-body connection.
I truly believe that exercise must be intense, not painful; the focus must be in quality, not quantity; and consistency should be the key for a functional body that will perform at its optimum for our whole lives.
My mission is to inspire, educate and improve lifestyles, offering strategies to people to reach their full potential and sustain it throughout life.
My approach to training will be always based on the foundations of movement, working towards efficiency and alignment. The aesthetics comes as a consequence.
