From a young age I have always been an active person, taking part in a variety of sports, which has continued throughout my life. I now take part in running, already completing 3 half marathons with a desire to start running marathons, and football where I have had the pleasure of playing for Devon when I was younger.
This passion for sport is what has led me to a career in fitness with the hope of helping people find their passion in health and fitness.
I have recently graduated from Bournemouth University after completing an undergraduate’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science. Here I developed my knowledge in Human Movement, Nutrition, Rehabilitation, and Biomechanics.
I believe the most important aspects of staying fit and healthy is enjoyment and consistency. Choosing quality over quantity and adding variety to your workouts are what is going to make you the best person you can be. Therefore, my commitment is helping you reach your health and fitness targets, and feel better within yourself.
