Sport and fitness have always been an important part of my life. Having played rugby from the age of 7 I looked for ways to improve my health, fitness and strength in order to perform to the highest standard possible. I began lifting weights when I was 14 and haven’t stopped since. I am always looking to improve my own knowledge in order to improve my training and since completing sports sciences at university in 2022 I then studied to become a qualified personal trainer.
I have previously worked within a professional sport team as a strength and conditioning coach where training strength, cardiovascular fitness and injury rehabilitation was crucial to the success of the club and I am now looking at taking that experience and applying it to clients’ programmes.
Strength training has always been a passion of mine when exercising in the gym so if you are looking to improve technique this would be something I am confident we could build upon when working together.
I would love to sit down and discuss how to help you get the most out of your time at the club and see improvements in your own physical performance!
