I have recently joined the fitness industry after 8 years in the Armed Forces where I was lucky enough to gain experience in teaching physical training sessions as an Endurance Training Leader of large groups of soldiers outdoors and often within varying climates & environments. During this time, although fitness instruction was not my main role I decided it was definitely part of my future and with the assistance of the Army, I enrolled onto a personal training course.
As an enthusiast of sustaining a high fitness level myself, whether it is a tough session in the gym or an everyday activity such as a spot of gardening or walking the dog, I am passionate about inspiring others to reach fitness goals and encouraging a healthy proactive outlook in life which of course reaps its rewards.
