Having previously spent 15 years in customer service roles and the police service, I have always enjoyed helping others and I decided after returning from a spell travelling abroad to combine this with my lifelong passion for health and fitness. I moved into the fitness industry fairly recently as a self-employed personal trainer in November 2016 before joining the Odyssey team in December 2017.
I have played sports such as football, cricket, and rugby from a young age but my real passion is running. Having completed 14 marathons (and counting) including a sub 3-hour marathon in April 2018. I have first-hand knowledge and experience of what it takes to set a goal, put a progressive plan in place ant then put in the hard work and determination to achieve that goal.
Now I want to pass that knowledge on to you. I see my role as helping to motivate, encourage and make training a challenging but fun and rewarding experience. I love to see my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals through a tailored approach o regular fitness activities and guided fitness programmes.
Whatever your goals, feel free to get in touch and we can have a chat about how we can achieve these goals together.
